In-stock items
In-stock items ship from our warehouse in California. We'll email you tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Pre-orders
Items on pre-order show their expected ship window on the product page. We take payment when you order and ship your order as soon as the stock arrives.
Sales tax
Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated at checkout.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email customercare@ecofuego.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right. See our Refund policy for returns.
