Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses — checkout will not offer a rate for those.
Where your order ships from
US orders ship from our fulfilment partner in Powder Springs, Georgia.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated per item, from what you order and how far it travels. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Because it is per item, a fire pit costs more to ship than a wax refill, and an order crossing the country costs more than one staying in the Southeast.
Bundle shipping savings
Order one of our bundles and part of your shipping comes off:
- A fire pit with any fuel — 50% off that bundle's shipping
- Two wax refills — they ship free
- Two Wax Refill Double Packs — 50% off their shipping
The saving applies to the bundle itself. Anything you add outside it ships at the standard rate. Your shipping line at checkout names the saving so you can see what came off.
Pre-orders
The US store is currently taking pre-orders. Items show their expected ship window on the product page. We take payment when you order and ship as soon as the stock arrives.
Sales tax
Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated at checkout.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email customercare@ecofuego.com with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. See our Refund policy for returns.
