What pre-order means

Your container is on the water. We take the order now, charge now, and ship the moment it lands at our warehouse — the date on each line is our best estimate of dispatch, not of delivery.

If your order includes a pre-order item, we hold the whole order and ship everything together when the container lands. Nothing ships separately.

Change your mind before it ships and we refund in full.
