ECOFUEGO – Limited One-Year Warranty

ECOFUEGO (“ECOFUEGO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) that all ECOFUEGO fire pits and accessories will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”), subject to the conditions below.

Warranty Conditions

A warranty claim will be approved only if:

• The product was purchased from an ECOFUEGO website, store, or authorized retailer.

• The product is returned to ECOFUEGO for inspection.

• The product was used only as intended and in accordance with its care and safety instructions.

If a defect arises from normal, intended use during the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective product or part at no charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party modifications, unauthorized repairs, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, discoloration, and the natural breakdown of materials over time).

Warranty Limitations

• Limited-edition or discontinued products may be replaced with a similar model or color based on availability.

• Replacement products may differ slightly due to ongoing design improvements.

• The warranty does not apply to ECOFUEGO products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please complete our Warranty Form. A member of our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

If your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Material Authorization number (“RMA#”) and a pre-paid return label. Do not ship your product before receiving your RMA#.

When returning your item:

• Pack it securely to prevent transit damage.

• Include your RMA# and any required paperwork.

• Attach the provided return label and ship the package accordingly.

If you choose your own shipping method, include your RMA# and retain your tracking number. Additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty Disclaimer

There are no express warranties other than those stated here. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the Warranty Period.

ECOFUEGO is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some regions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of such damages, so these terms may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by location. No ECOFUEGO dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
